The PiedMont open back model has a  1/4" laminated maple rim,  has a standard one piece maple neck, standard nickle hardware, NoKnot tailpiece, Waverly tuners, and armrest.      Various tone ring options available are our AllWood  and EKlyte.   The PiedMont is built to provide a fretless, gut string banjo with modern parts at a reasonable price.     The design will support steel strings also.
